"The Curriculo Engagement Programme has been a valuable career development opportunity for our student athletes. It has formed part of our Athlete Employability strategy. The whole experience has given our student-athletes a sense of confidence transitioning into the workforce. The Engagement Programme has allowed them to tap the brakes and reflect on their career goals outside of sport and equipped them with the skills to make clear, purposeful decisions about their future career. I was confident implementing Curriculo into our overall Employability Strategy based on their experience and expertise in this area. Their knowledge, research and professionalism has surpassed my expectations, which is why we are entering into our second year of the program."
